Updating your direct debit details

If you need to update your details, please give us a call on 01403 216133 and ask to be put through to either Credit Control or Customer Service, who will be happy to help.

What is a pro-rata payment?

A pro-rata payment is a partial charge that covers the time from when your service goes live until the end of that month. Your first invoice will be issued the Friday after your service starts, with direct debit taken three days later. After that, payments will be collected on your usual direct debit date. Read more

How long do I have to cancel my account?

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, there is a 14-day cooling-off period.

Your cooling-off period begins the day after you sign up with us; if you cancel in this period, you will not incur any early termination fees.
