What is a pro-rata payment?

A pro-rata payment is a partial payment that covers the period from when your service goes live until the end of that month.

First invoice: You’ll receive your first invoice on the Friday after your service goes live. This will cover the days used in that month.

Exception: If your service starts in the final week of the month, you’ll be billed for that week and the following full month together.

Direct debit timing:

For your first (ad-hoc) invoice, the direct debit will be taken 3 days after the invoice is issued.

From the following month onwards, the payment will be collected on your usual direct debit date.

Important: Your router order may be delayed if your pro-rata payment fails or if your direct debit is cancelled.
